Dear Perkins Family, I'm so saddened by Yetive's passing. I really enjoyed working with her for the last 21 years. I work remotely, and I'm greatly reliant on people at the office helping me out when I need something. She always took the time to answer my questions and provided me assistance whenever I called. If a customer called me to complain about not scheduling a service visit, I would tell them that their account was in arrears and I couldn't schedule it. They would complain...
