He was the best soldier and hero. I am proud to call him a friend, he was so generous and giving. I still think about him and our time together. He was an incredible role model and helped so many people. I am praying that the God of all comfort gives his family strength and peace of mind. God bless them.

I don’t know where to start but to used simple words as an excuse to remember every moment in our life brother. Too soon, now your niece and nephew are big and never stop telling them about a great warrior that follow his heart to help other. To fight a war to protect others. I will see again brother.

It's been 14 years since your death and there is not a day that goes by where I don't think of you. You were a great brother, friend and role model. I hope that where ever you are I have made you proud. I know that one day we will meet in heaven, but until that day, know that I love you and that I will never forget you.

You're brother, Pitu

CPL Joseph Brown here ... I missed you my brother... I remembered the day you had asked me to cut your hair in Iraq....
