Yonsook Kim, age 77, of Council Bluffs, passed away October 19, 2011, at Mercy Hospital.
She was born November 28, 1933, in Seoul, Korea. She moved to Council Bluffs, in 1991, and was a homemaker.
Yonsook was preceded in death by her parents; 7 siblings and her husband, Yongwoon Park, in 1990.
She is survived by her daughter, Inkyung "Inky" Westfall and husband, Howard Martin, of Council Bluffs; son, Sooyong Park, of Seoul, Korea; grandchildren, Jennifer Grathwohl and husband, Dr. Patrick, M.D., Neil Westfall and wife, Amy; 1 great grandson; step grandchildren, Brian and Lani Martin, Kevin and Yuki Martin, Angela and Paul Horner, Jody and Kirby Nyquist.
Visitation with the family, Saturday, 3 to 5 p.m., at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.

You don't know me,But understand how it feels to lose a family member from a house fire.I lost a grandfather 29 yrs ago Cristmas Day due to effcts from a house fire.I know it is hard right now.My you all find the strength needed heal from this sudden loss.God Bless
