Not sure what to say?

Miss Wakeem was my first grade teacher at Putnam Elementary School in El Paso. She steered me from a chaotic 6 year old to a young student with the desire to learn and eventually teach. She was the first person to call me Charlie and I think of her whenever I hear that name.

God bless you Miss Milligan you were the best first grade teacher ever, because of you my daughter is confident, strong willed and always works hard. We appreciate the start you gave her. We love you and always will! You were one of the sweeetest people we ever met and we were devasted to hear that you had passed. May you rest in peace. God Bless the Milligan family. She was a wonderful person. We were so blessed to have had her in our lives

The Valenzuela Family

we miss you Yvonne

Yvonne was such a wonderful person. She provided inspiration to the entire El Paso Independant School District Council of PTAs assembly for years. Each time she addressed the group, she touched me in such a manner that I was so much of a better person. She would inspire us to be the best parents we could be, the best teachers we could be and to share our love often with those around her.

My dear sweet friend Yvonne. I will miss hearing your sweet voice. I can never thank you enough for all your kind words and loving support through my most difficult times. I will always aspire to be as loving and gracious as you were. You were truly an angel walking on earth. I love you dearly,

Ms. Milligan was one of the nicest and kindest people it has been my privilege to know. I loved her. She was like a ray of sunshine. She always had a happy positive outlook on life and a warm smile for everyone she met. She was an extraordinary woman and I will miss her dearly.

Yvonne, I am truly blessed in having you for a fellow choir member but most important, my friend. You really touched mine and my family's lives as you did with everyone that had the priviledge of knowing you. I know that you are now one of God's angels. May God Bless your family during this time of grief and loss.Your friend, Alla

May God bless & keep her in his loving embrace just as she did for so many of us. You will be missed but never forgotten. She was one of the most beautiful and loving women I have ever known or will know. God bless you always Mrs Milligan.
