Zachary J. Herman

In the heart of the Utah desert, amidst the rugged terrain and endless horizons, I found myself sharing cherished moments with him. His fascination with Italy, the land of my birth, kindled the warmest conversations between us. As we spent a week camping with his group, his infectious enthusiasm never failed to bring a radiant smile to my face. To me, he was more than just a friend; he was my hero.

I only knew Zach for a short time as a "little guy" but will never forget his shy but friendly smile.
My heart goes out to Jamie and Michael at this time, and my prayers and heartfelt sympathy, as well.

Jamie - I am so terribly sorry to hear about your loss. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

It was my honor and pleasure to have Zack in my Religion class at Donovan Catholic High School. His infectious smile and gift of laughter made it a true joy knowing him. My prayers and condolences to his mom and brother as well as all of his family and friends. May you be sustained by the healing grace of our loving Creator. Rest in peace, Zack.
