Zachary was born on August 24, 1998 and passed away on Monday, September 11, 2017. Zachary was a resident of Carbondale, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. He currently attended the NHS School for Autism and employed by Frank's Place, Simpson. A Service of Remembrance and Celebration of Zachary's Life will be held on Saturday, September 16 th at 10:00 AM in the Joseph W Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc. 621 Main St., Simpson. Interment will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, Simpson. Memorial contributions may be made to: The Northeast Autism Center, 1401 Mulberry St., Scranton, Pa 18510.

The Urda family along with Zach will forever be in my condolences. I knew him when I was twelve years old in high school and he often talked to me and treated me so kindly. He was an absolutely wonderful person, and he left a huge memory in my heart. Rest in Peace to his wonderful soul, and let us hope the Urda family heal in peace as well. Thank you for giving us your amazing son in the very beginning.
