Zellie passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 24, 2017; age 2 years. Zellie had her loving family wrapped around her little finger, including her parents, Kevin J. Horn and Ruth Narciza Grefa-Chongo, her brother, Liam Joseph Horn, and grandparents, Ken and Veronica Horn, all of Frankenmuth and Ricardo and Marci Grefa-Chongo of Ecuador, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
The Horn family respectfully requests privacy for their family at this difficult time. Private family services will take place. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to Ruth and Kevin Horn in the memory of Zelda Horn-Grefa, c/o Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, Michigan Right to Life, the Michigan Children’s Trust Fund or Blessed Trinity Catholic Church Ecuador Children’s Fund.

Today has been hard too, because our little 25 yr old Johnathan died in my sisters arms on their bed 4 years ago. He couldn't walk or talk...He was downs.
