Not sure what to say?

I HAD DR.TEMKIN FOR MY DENTIST FROM THE 1950'S UNTIL I JOINED THE ARMY IN 1958. I ALSO HAD HIM WHEN I CAME HOME. I ALSO USED TO SEE HIM ON SUNDAY'S AT THE TWIN COLONY DINER WITH ZENA AND TABLE FILLED WITH PEOPLE I DID NOT KNOW.I ALWAY'S WENT OVER TO SPEAK WITH HIM AND TELL HIM I STILL HAD MOST OF MY TEETH. HE LIKED TO HEAR THAT. I WOULD LIKE THE TEMKIN FAMILY TO ACCEPT MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY. CHARLES ODELL.

Zena was a great lady and role model for all women. Her presence in the world is missed.

I remember meeting Zena and Nan at the aloha café when Zena was visiting Kona. She floated in, graceful with a stunning hat on, and was the best conversationalist. I am so grateful for all her contributions to making the world a better place, especially having her incredible daughter Nan!

Though I did not meet you, I knew and felt your awe and strength through your incredible daughter. Thank you.
To Nan, I am wishing you peace and love.

The amazing Woman who stood beside a n

Dear Alan. So sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Her legacy of caring and her strong work ethic will be remembered and, surely, will live on in your heart and those of your family and friends.

a very fine lady who will not be soon forgotten

So very sorry to learn of your Mom's passing. She was such an accomplished and beautiful woman.
Nan, lots of memories from our childhood and spending time at each others houses.

What a great lady- I did not know Zena but she was an extraordinary Mother and in everything else she did in her busy lifetime. She did so much good for so many people everywhere. We need more people like her today. Condolences to the family, you must all be so proud of her accomplishments!!!
