My Husband Joe and I Met Zepher when he was a toddler...We send our love to his parents and grand parents.. God needed another special angel....

My deepest sympathies to Zephyrs entire family. I will always remember him at the Tri-State races and his upbeat, positive attitude. A bib with his name, and the number 18 will hang in the Blandford race building.
