Dear Carl, Crystal, and Zavion

I hope you all are adapting well to all that freezing weather! I just want to take the opportunity to send my deepest remorse for the loss of Zeta. I know she was a VERY special addition to our family, and I pray that at this time you're keeping God very close in your hearts so that you can always know that everything will be alright.
