Zino was bigger than life. I think no one here does not have this memory etched into their hearts: upon entering the door at the restaurant, Zino see's you, his face lights up, then he stands and extends his arms wide with a huge genuine smile.
May he be in heavens biggest kitchen tasting a perfect sauce. I am fortunate to have been known and loved by him. To his family my deepest condolences. To Zino, you are loved and never forgotten.
