I will never forget ,after Jimmy's death, that Easter week-end spent with you in "your land", royally entertained in exchange for much weeding around your barn! A memory among others which we shared, smoking a cigarette, playing the occasional bridge game, discussing plants and nature.
You were truly special, a "free spirit", as well as a loving mother and a caring daughter and thoughtful of others.

Zoe was a beautiful young girl, body and soul. How lucky I was to share magical teenage years with her in London. I still have several newspaper clippings from London newspapers in the fall of 1964, the two of us campaigning on behalf of Americans Abroad for LBJ. I send my love and sympathy to Rosalinde, Zach, Phoebe, and all of Zoe's family. Irene Anderson
