Terry Wilson Obituary
NEWARK: A celebration of life service for Terry Lee Wilson, age 65, of Newark, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 13th, at The Newark Chapel of Henderson -Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service with Rev. Jeff L. Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Newark Memorial Gardens. The Licking County Veterans Alliance will conduct military honors at graveside.
Terry passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center surrounded by his family. He was born July 29, 1951 in Newark, Ohio to Goldie (Randall) Wilson and the late Rev. John D. Wilson.
Terry enjoyed working on and repairing various types of cars and trucks. He had a good sense of humor and will be remembered as a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. Terry had worked at Holophane Lighting for almost forty years beginning his career in 1973.
He is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Delores M. (Harper) Wilson, whom he married on September 23, 1970; two sons, Terry Lee (Amanda) Wilson, III of Newark, Jason (Tiffany) Wilson of Columbus; a daughter, Jeannelle (Sam) Kutz of Colorado; three brothers, Rev. Jeff L. (Rebecca) Wilson of Circleville and Paul (Justina) Wilson of Newark; David (Marsha) Colburn of Newark; three sisters, Janet (Robert) Anderson of Heath and Tammy (Sylvester) Wallen of Newark; Debbie Colburn of Newark; ten grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father who recently passed he was preceded in death by a grandson, Terry Lee Wilson, Jr.
Family and friends may call two hours prior to the service (from 9-11 a.m.) on Tuesday, December 13th, at The Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service, 59 North Fifth Street, Newark.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

On the side he was always working on car.
When ever I was around him & his phone would ring, I'd say " Road Dog Use Cars! " LOL
I will greatly miss Terry!
