Funeral services for Robert Lanxon "Bob" Floyd will be noon Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at Mobberly Baptist Church in Longview, under the direction of Rader Funeral Home, officiated by Dr. Glynn Stone.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, August 31, 2009, at Rader Funeral Home in Longview.
Bob was born June 25, 1946, in Baytown, Texas, and he went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, August 29, 2009. Bob served proudly in the United States Army and was a graduate of Baylor University, and Baylor College of Medicine: Nursing Anesthesia Master's Program. He was employed by Good Shepherd Medical Center as a CRNA for the past 22 years.
Bob was an example of living a joyful Christ-filled life to his family and all who knew Þ
