Pat, 91, is survived by his wife Polly, children Mike, Mark, Mary Ellen and numerous grand children and great grand children.

Pat was born and raised in Bend, Oregon and resided in Fort Myers 13 years. He owned Lumberman's Insurance Agency in Bend, served in the Oregon State House of Representatives and was Chairman of the Oregon State Fish & Game Commission.

He was a member of St. Francis Church in Bend and The Church of the Resurrection of our Lord in Fort Myers. Memorial Services will be held at The Church of the Resurrection Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 11:00 AM.

He was a loving husband, father and a great inspiration to his family and friends. He will be missed.

In lieu of flowers a donation to Alzheimer's Research would be greatly appreciated.
