I started working in Middle Country in Sept. 1972. Ann was dept. chair at NHS and I held that position at Selden JHS. Ann was very helpful in guiding me during my tenure in that position. In 1978, I joined Ann at NHS and had the honor and pleasure of working with her until our retirement in 1999. She was a consumate leader and educator. Students and colleagues always spoke about her with the utmost respect. I found her to be, in addition, a most charitable and deeply religious person who gave selflessly of herself whenever and wherever she saw a need. I will always remember Ann with deep affection and respect. My condolences to her brother and the Moy family.

Ann and her mom were our neighbors in Blue Point. The one word that stands out for Ann in my mind is professionalism. We could always count on Ann for her support and friendship. She was one of the finest teachers, truly an asset to Newfield High School. Will miss you Annie. You will be in my daily prayers forever.

Anne and I first met in college and later car-pooled from Blue Point to Newfield for many years. Anne gave tirelessly of herself as a colleague, friend, and teacher. She will be missed.

Anne, I will never forget all you taught me at Newfield.

Anne Moy was one of the finest teachers that I ever worked with. She was a colleague worthy of much respect and a human being who was good and kind and gentle. Anne gave her students a love of history and more importantly she treated each with dignity and respect. She was a key leader and member of the Newfield High School faculty. She understood what a community of learners was all about. She welcomed new members to the faculty and made people feel welcome. She was a mentor to new teachers. I was fortunate to have known Anne and she made quite an impression on me and everyone she touched.

Anne Moy and I taught together for over thirty years. In those thirty years she taught every one in the Newfield community the importance of dedication, responsibility and discipline. As a colleague and as a friend she showed us the importance of understanding and friendship. Anne will be missed.

Anne and I were childhood friends back in Blue Point, NY. She was my maid of honor and godmother for my first child. We both retired from teaching and headed south. She will be greatly missed.

My condolences to the Moy family. I am a former student of Miss Moy's and my mother was a student of Mrs. Moy at Commack HS. I can remember passing messages along once we discovered the coincidence.

I was so saddened to hear about Ann Moy. I worked with her for many years at Newfield High School, Centereach, NY, both as a secretary and School Social Worker. She was an exceptional educator and had a flair. My children had the benefit of her expertise during the 70's and 80's and are equally saddened by her loss. Please convey our condolences to her family and friends. Angela Dell'Amore, MSW, LCSW, CASAC
