I am one of many who had the honor of working in the same industry
as Jim in southeast Alaska many years ago. I just want to express
how respected and revered Jim is by all that knew him from the old days
in Ketchikan. He was a great man and will never be forgotten especially by those of us who tried but could never quite keep up with Webster in the Golden Nuggetand the Bug Eye. I am so sorry for your loss.

Jim Webster, my uncle, was and is loved, appreciated, and respected in many capacities including husband, son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, nephew, cousin, friend, neighbor, mentor, and of course gifted pilot. If you knew him, you will be able to add to this list of relationships and qualities of a man who will be long remembered with high regard.

We are so very saddened to hear of the loss of Jim. He flew for us many times, and we always appreciated his safety in flying. Our most recent flights were last Fall, when he flew family and grandchildren out to our wilderness home for a visit. He was so good with the kids. They thought he was great.
Jim Webster was highly thought of, and we send best wishes and blessings to Joan and family, From Rose, Bill & Verna Coy- Coyclan of Clanskeep- Kantishna River
