Seven years now brother. I wonder where you are. I wonder what it's like. I know you had your opinions on that topic - were you correct? I wish we could discuss it in detail my friend. Everyone here misses you. We are putting together a nice plaque to put out the new commercial office (once it's finished) to remember you. You would love the new place. It's definitely not the same without you here to enjoy it though. Like I said before. If time and space are truly infinite, then we will absolutely meet again. Man we will have some stuff to talk about! I look forward to it. If anyone saw me adding to your obituary every few years, they would likely think I was crazy, but I didn't get your new email address :) and frankly it's weirdly comforting to talk with you this way. Takes the edge off the feeling of loss. You were a great friend and mentor to me. I can't tell you how many times a week I have issues I can't figure out and I always think "man - Kevin would have some great insight on this..." Anyway... Gotta go for now. Keep it real out there my brotha'

Here we are my friend, four years after you were taken from us far too soon. Your friends and family all miss you brother. I miss you. I can't say that ever a day goes by where we don't talk about or think about you. Share a story, shed a tear. The cliché is that we never fully appreciate someone until they are gone. You were (and are) such an integral part of the culture and personality of our little band of Misfits and Rockstar's. Although it is not the same without you, a big part of how "it is" is definitely because of you. I think we all are better off having known you. I know I am. You've missed some strange times and I know we would have waxed philosophically about all of it to no end if you were here. Well - until next time Kevin. We love you and miss you. P.S. You were way more Rockstar than Misfit.

It's been more than two years since you left us Kevin, and The feeling of loss is still fresh and sometimes overwhelming. You were truly a fine human being in all ways, and our world still struggles to find balance without you. I will never forget our long philosophical talks about life and whatever else came up after a long day at work. Your insight and wisdom was one of the many things I personally miss about you. Your integrity and self mastery was always something I greatly admired and I strived to live up to your example (and still do). You will never be forgotten by your friends and family here at ABC. The Universe is a big place and time is infinite. I hope we meet again brother. I know it might be the ultimate irony for you, but I hope you are at peace somewhere and watching us with a grin on your face and all our love in your heart. We miss you buddy and always will.

Kevin, you will be truly missed by all who knew you. You were always such a kind and gentle person and always so nice and appreciative when you would call for help with something. I hope and pray for all of your family at 021 to try and fill the open hole they have now without you. With love, Buffy OXO

I met Kevin through my husband Barry, who worked with him for 16 years. He loved working with you and thought a lot of you. You were such a wonderful person and when I would see you no matter how your day was going you were always polite and kind. I know the ABC Supply team will miss you dearly with all your hard work and the dedication you gave. Rest easy friend.

Kevin was a great mentor, friend, and guiding light to so many. He will be sorely missed because he always had a positive attitude and cared so deeply about others. I first met Kevin 11 years ago when we moved to the Triangle from California. He was so welcoming to me and offered any assistance we needed to get Durham up and running. He continued to assist and help us the last 11 years.. This world lost a great man on Monday, but Heaven gained a great soul. I will continue to pray for comfort and peace for his family and his ABC work family.

Kevin and I have been colleagues for 18 years. A lot of things in our business have changed over this time. The one constant throughout was Kevin's dedication to excellence in all things he did. Kevin was the most genuine person I have ever known. I feel most of all that Kevin was the shining example of our company's core values. I presume like most of his fellow associates, I always took for granted that he was always only a phone call away. My regret is that I never had the chance to tell him enough just how much he meant to me as a friend and colleague. I will surely miss him.

Kevin was integral in my success at ABC. He and I worked across from one another for over 16 years but knew each other for almost 30 years. I can never say enough to give him the credit he deserves but I will say that he was one person in my life that I knew I could count on personally and professionally. Kevin, we love you buddy and will miss you beyond words. May you find love and kindness in whatever capacity you are in beyond this world.

Kevin, You always treated me and my employees at Covenant like we were the only ones who mattered. I know you were often busy but you stopped to care about every individual and that showed your character. Covenant thanks you for the things you taught us in the roofing business but we will remember you for the way you taught us to treat others. You are special. God Bless.

Mere words will never do justice to honor the great man that was Kevin Williams. He was an intelligent, loyal, dedicated, passionate, creative, and hard working individual. To me (as he was to most of us here at ABC Supply), he was a mentor, a trusted advisor, a brother, and above all a true friend. It's almost a cliché' to say in a situation like this that "the world is a lesser place because of his passing", but I promise you that MY world is definitely diminished without him in it, and I feel I speak for all the people who had to extreme privilege to work with him over the last 23 plus years that we will never forget him, replace him, or get to a point where we don't still feel the painful sting of losing such a truly wonderful human being. I admired his vast knowledge. I envied his level of self mastery. He managed to balance extreme confidence in his intellect and abilities with sincere humility and respect. He inspired me to try to achieve the same level of unapologetic integrity while staying understanding and sensitive to people's feelings. I can honestly say I am a better person both professionally and personally from knowing him. I suspect he had that effect on many people over the years. We miss our friend Kevin Williams and we always will.

Kevin was such a kind soul whose infectious laughter would light up a room. I enjoyed our many talks about work and family. I always enjoyed hearing his perspective on life. He also shared my love of disco music.. which he played in his office frequently to my delight! He was a true friend and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. I am heart sick over the loss of my friend.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Kevin's passing. He was an inspiring go-getter within our ABC Supply family. I had the pleasure to train him in commercial roofing sales/installation and always looked forward to his calls when he was chasing after his next big job. All of us at Mule-Hide will miss his jovial laughter and easy going personality. God speed my friend!!

Kevin will be missed by all that knew him. What a pleasure over the years I was lucky enough to know him as a friend and as a rep in a working relationship. He was smart person who knew his job to the fullest. If I ever had a question he was always there to help give me the answer. I will miss him so much. I know that you are looking down on earth today knowing that everyone thought so much of you.
Your friend forever.
