So sorry for the loss of your father. I live in Evanston.
Joe was a treasured client of mine for years when I was a practicing massage therapist. I moved several times and he stayed in my practice until it closed so I could be home with my children, 2005?2006? (not remembering). We ran into each other in the grocery store over the years, and would catch up. I so appreciated his kindness. I knew he was a Haiku poet and musician. He spoke of family and his friend Beverly. I had met Beverly, as well.
I looked up Joe a number of times in the last few years and didn´t realize I had mistakenly spelled his last name wrong. So sorry to read of his passing. I have remembered him fondly over the years. May his memory be a blessing to all who loved and cared for him. My sincere condolences, however belated. Mary Vanderbeck
