I am so sorry to learn of the death of Sr. Ann Matthew... What a wonderful human being in every sense of the word! Her life of compassionate and dedicated service in healthcare spoke volumes and was never forgotten by those who knew her. Although there were long spaces of time in between seeing each other, she was someone I valued and respected greatly. Her warm smile and gentle laugh were precious. Without a doubt, my favorite memory of Ann was her coming on the trip to Yankee Stadium and watching her beloved Yankees from the Audi Club. She enjoyed that so much. Ann, I know you are already experiencing the fullness of resurrection life and are with the Lord whom you loved and served so well in this life.

My condolences to all the Sisters in Sr. Ann's community. You have the promise of my prayer.

Dora was a truly wonderful and good person, and was always there to help anyone who needed her. As her cousin, I can remember so many family times spent together when we were growing up - happy times that were spent with our family on Sundays and special fun occasions during the years. She was a nurse at St. Raphael's and then decided to become a nun - Sister Ann Matthew. She dedicated herself to God and all those who needed her, and she was always there for family. I am so sorry that she has gone from us, but she is in Heaven now in eternal peace and happiness.

Dora, you will be forever missed.
Love,
Barbara

In loving memory of a wonderful person. I will love you and miss you always. I still remember at 5 years old you being the first person I saw after waking up from the anesthesia from surgery.

Dora was the kindest person and helped anyone in need, she was a wonderful RN and hosted a great deal of services for many , The Hospital Of St Raphael was her home away from home and there she helped me get my very first job. She loved her sports also.
I will always sing her praises as I"m sure many of us will. Dora you will forever be in my heart. love you...xoxo Lori
