Alma Fricke Obituary
Covington - Alma L. Fricke (nee Knochelman), 87, of Covington, passed away on Friday, November 30, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. She was a retired Teacher with the Diocese of Covington and a member of Blessed Sacrament Church in Ft. Mitchell. Alma was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Fricke. Survivors include her sisters, Rosie Fischer of Park Hills, Ruth Manning of Covington and step-grandson, Daniel Loudin. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many friends. Visitation is on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 9:00 AM until the hour of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM all in Blessed Sacrament Church, 2409 Dixie Hwy, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to sisters of St. Benedict St. Walburg Monastery, 2500 Amsterdam Road, Villa Hills, KY 41017 or St Charles Community, 600 Farrell Drive, Covington, KY 41011. Mrs. Fricke was the best teacher I had, and overall one of the most important 5 people to affect my life. I only wish I would have looked her up earlier in my life.
