I just went online and looked up Control General due to a conversation I was having at work and found this. I worked at Control General for 8 yrs. I wish I would have known because I would have gone to the funeral. Rick was a great boss and was a pleasure to work for.
Please accept my deepest sympathy and prayers.

Mary, I just heard the sad news about Rick. I am so sorry for your loss. I have missed seeing you both! Rick and Paula were so much alike. I still miss her everyday. You are in my thoughts.

My heartfelt condolences to Mary, Brent, Jessica, and Elizabeth. Being so far away, news of Rick's passing comes as a complete shock. You all were wonderful neighbors. I know he will be sadly missed; but memories of his love and family devotion will live forever in your hearts.

Dear Mary,

I just went on-line and looked for Rick's name fearing he had died. We spoke 8 months ago. He told me his condition and said that he was all right but was more concerned because of the stress it was putting you and your children under. I called in July when we were in New Orleans and was comcerned when he did not return my call.

Please accept Kathie amd my deepest sympathy. Rick, like his sister Paula. was a very special person. We will offer our mass for him tomorrow. If there is anything we can do, please reach out to us.

With great sympathy,

Kathie and Perer Schaumber
