Robert Livingston Obituary

Robert Ray Livingston, Sr. passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2016. He was 91 years old. Beloved husband of the late Marie Pomes Livingston. Loving father of Robert Livingston, Jr. and Darren Livingston. He is also survived by four brothers, and many nieces and nephews. Robert was a mechanic with the Orleans Parish Levee District for over twenty years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and served during World War II. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, on Friday, April 29, 2016, at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 9:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to The National World War II Museum in New Orleans, www.nationalww2museum.org.
