James De Keukelaere Obituary
James Michael "Jim," 40, of Kinnelon, passed away suddenly on October 2, 2016.
Born in Passaic, Jim was raised in Clifton and has lived in Kinnelon for the last 11 years. He had been employed as a teacher with the Dover Board of Education. Jim had a passion for cooking, especially for his family and friends. He was an avid sports fan with his favorite teams being the NY Jets and the NY Mets.
Survivors include: his beloved wife, Corinne (nee Naphegyi); his loving daughter, Ellie De Keukelaere; his parents, Paul and Helena (nee Glagola) De Keukelaere; his brother, Alan De Keukelaere and his wife Jennifer; his mother-in-law, Marcia Naphegyi; in-laws, Dean Naphegyi and his wife Liz, Chad Naphegyi and his wife Paula and Janine Cocks and her husband Bruce; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 8:15 AM from the Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton followed by a 9 AM Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Michael Cathedral Chapel, 445 Lackawanna Ave., Woodland Park. Interment to follow at St. Michael Cemetery, South Hackensack. Visiting will be held Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fayson Lakes Swim Club, c/o Sandi Stubbs, 5 Ridge Trail, Kinnelon, NJ 07405. Please visit www.bizub.com for driving directions and online condolences.
