Harry Pollaro

POLLARO Harry, 94, of Clifton died Wednesday. Born and raised in Passaic, New Jersey, Mr. Pollaro was a Clifton resident for fifty years. Prior to his retirement, he owned Favorite Oil Co. of Passaic with his late brother. Mr. Pollaro was a parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church, Clifton and was a member of St. Philip's Primetimers. He was pre-deceased by his wife, the former Anna Malone; his two brothers and one sister. Survivors include: his two sons, Frank Pollaro and his wife, Elaine of Punta Gorda, FL and Harry Pollaro and his wife, Dianne of Wayne, NJ; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 9:15 AM, Saturday from Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton and 9:45 AM at St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church, 797 Valley Road, Clifton. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Visitation on Friday, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Memorial Contributions to: St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church would be appreciated.
