Marilyn C. Arsenault 1933 - 2020
Oakdale - Marilyn C. Arsenault, 87, formerly of Ridge Hill Rd., passed away December 27, 2020 at Apple Rehab in Montville.
Marilyn was born March 6, 1933 in Needham, MA, the daughter of the late Helmut and Bessie (Armstrong) Webber.
She married the late Patrick Arsenault June 13, 1953 in Waterford. He passed away December 30, 2001.
She had worked for over 18 years as a telephone operator for United Nuclear Corp. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and loved to knit. Along with her husband, they enjoyed roller skating at the Melody Skating Rink in Groton. She loved to play games and cards. She always let her grandchildren eat all of the ice cream they could eat!
She is survived by her daughters Patricia Tibbitts and husband Lynn of Griswold and Kathleen Arsenault of Griswold, by her sister Patricia Tucker of Groton, grandchildren Jennifer Kuzmenko and husband David, Rebecca Geer, Andrew Switzer, Mary Hayden, great grandchildren Nathan and Emily Kuzmenko, Logan and Ava Geer, Conor Hayden and by her great great grandchildren Lucas Jean and Matthew Kuzmenko.
Due to Covid 19, funeral services will be private for the immediate family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer's Association.

Sending condolences to the family of Marilyn. I have fond memories of our times together at UNC, lots of laughs and fun. Marilyn and Pat are now reunited and reminiscing of their lives on this earth. Rest in peace my dear coworker and friend.
