EDWARD J. MAZUR CEDAR LAKE, IN Edward J. Mazur, age 51 of Cedr Lake, passed away Monday, October 12, 2009. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Barbara (Iddings); four children: April (fiance SFC David Moake) Russell of Cedar Lake, Jordan, Joey and Joshua Mazur at home; aunt, Wanda Mazur of Chicago, IL; three grandsons: Jonathan, Michael and Xander Lee; brother, John Mazur of Gary; fathers-in-law: Floyd K. Iddings, Jr. of Hobart and Bruce Dailey of Crown Point; brothers-in-law: Keith (Debbie) Iddings of Crown Point and Jon (Rebecca) Dailey of Crown Point; sister-in-law, Debbi (Dan) Mamula of Crown Point; nieces: Elizabeth and goddaughter, Rebecca. Preceded in death by parents: Zygmunt and Stephanie Mazur; mothers-in-law: Lee Dailey and Arlene Iddings. Ed was a member of St. Matthias Catholic Church, Crown Point. He was a plant superintendent of Trai-Cor Steel Co. in East Chicago and former maintenance manager of Sun Steel in Chicago Heights, IL. Ed was a graduate of Lew Wallace High School, Class of 1976. Franciscan Drive (on State Road 55 south of State Road 231), Crown Point, IN on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Prayer service to be scheduled. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. from Pruzin & Little Chapel and 11:00 a.m. from St. Matthias Catholic Church, 101 W. Burrell Drive, Crown Point, IN with Rev.
