The death of some people stay with you because they were larger than life in your life. Reed and Arnie were two such people from my high school days. We, the GHS Class of 1961, miss them both.

Dear Nancy and Family,
I just learned of Reed's passing.
I had known and admired Reed for several years as a professional colleague. Reed was always generous with his time and support during my tenure as the Chair of the Metropolitan Arbitration Group and during a personal job search.
My deepest condolences....

A big loss for the GHS class of 61. Our class has had annual reunions for decades. Our members were close and supportive of each other. Reeds presence and efforts will be much missed. He was a gentleman and a scholar. I was blessed to have him as a friend.

Too early Reed's race has been run, but the many memories so many treasure will survive. My condolences to the family. May your memories of Reed sustain you.

Reed was a good friend at camp, church and school when I was in junior high and high school. My mother once told me he would end up as the governor or president. After reading about his life after leaving Gainesville, I guess he could have. Can you find Reed in this sea of Happy Campers from 1961?
