Dear Greenhill Family,
I just now heard that Gayle has passed away. I will always remember when Paul, Gayle and I would got to the Auction houses and bid on furniture for Nantucket and all the fun we had over all those years when they were both so full of life. I know that you all must miss her everyday.
Just wanted to let you know I care, and how much I genuinely loved her.
She had a true kind heart.

Gayle was a wonderful friend in Des Moines in the 50s. I have thought of her so many times but didn't know how to get in touch. I'm so glad to hear she had a wonderful life.
