My heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. When I started working in Fall River, there were very few female physicians. Dr. Rosen made a point of extending himself to me in a very supportive way. He often spoke to me with pride about his accomplished daughter and how difficult he know it to be as a woman in a man's world. He made my way easier as a result, and I will always be grateful for the advice he gave and the interest he took in giving me support. He was not just an admired professional in our community, he was also a warm and kind man.

My sympathies to you all. My association with Dr. Rosen and the family has always had a special place in my life. I still race sailboats,as a crewmember Wed nights. The NBYC "trophies" I still have. "Fair Winds" and calm sailing to a wonderful mentor and a special family.

My parents adored Dr. Rosen and he took good care of them. They both also passed away recently at the ages of 91 and 90.

Sidney was a man of dignity, intelligence and compassion, who valued family so much. He was our patriarch, knowing and participating in at least five generations of family milestones. His dedication to life long learning was an inspiration. Always a gentleman. We will miss him. May you find comfort and strength in the loving memories of your fine husband, father and grandfather. Our deepest condolences,

To be remembered so beautifully means that you've left tracks on the path of humanity and will always be cherished.I wish I could have met him, but his offspring Melanie has many of these qualities which I am able to benifit from.
