Dear Wendy,
I hadn't seen Steven since my days in Camp Echo Lark, when I was 9 years old. Steve was the son of our family's
optomotrist, Mark. Our families used to get together in Brooklyn. I'm 73 years old and live in Scottsdale, AZ. I have two other brothers that remember Steve as well...Peter and Edgar. Thought it would cheer you up to hear from old friends.

Dear Wendy and "offspring",
What a huge loss. What a beautiful and brilliant man. Dr. Podos was Danny's mentor extraordinaire, his go to person and someone who profoundly changed his and all of our lives. He will be deeply missed, always cherished and loved by us.
Our love to you and your family,
Patty and Danny Stegman

Dear Wendy and Family, We will all miss Steve and his warmth and intelligence. The many years of his service at the hospital made for a most desirable residency or fellowship and growth in the stature of our institution. As I wrote in 2005, "We can say au revoir, not goodbye, to one helluva guy!"
