I still miss Fred and think of him always. Especially stuck in my memory are the years we spent playing golf. Wish we could go back to it but that is probably a no go!
Always a great friend...... One of the best!

Fred was one of the funniest people I ever met. He invited me to spend a day with him down on the floor of the American Stock Exchange in the summer of 1981, after we "re-connected" at the Cornell Reunion that June. Although he was a math whiz, he could have been a stand-up comic. That's what stands out about him in my memory to this day. RIP Freddie Kolber.

Thank you Freddie for your generosity, kindness and wit and taking such good, loving care of my friend Camilla and her family. I will never forget you riding in the clown car at Cirque de Soleil on your wedding weekend.

Dear all family of Fred, I am so deeply saddened by the loss of someone who always made me laugh at family gatherings. I can still hear Fred's voice and dry witted comments about my dog or other funny family situations. He always brightened my day when I saw him. Pleaes accept my deepest condolences xoxox love, Lisa Warren - Kruger

My mother and his mother were friends since childhood. I always loved visiting them...Fred always won the Monopoly games. When my mother developed Alzheimer's and needed to be in assisted living he paid us 12% for years on her savings so we wouldn't have to pay out all of her savings. His generosity and kindness will live in my heart forever.
My love to Mark and Phillip and Camilla.
