Jim,

I just learned of Bobbi's passing. I cannot possibly imagine the difficulty of going through that experience. Although we only spent time with you at our HS reunions, she was clearly a great person. Bobbi and my wife Anne seemed to hit it off immediately, and had much to talk about despite only just meeting. We are so, so sorry for your loss.

May 4, 2014

Jim, Cory & Molly and Lindsey,
I knew your wife/mom because of my time with the Tallmadge Athletic Boosters. It always amazed me to see what a volunteer go-getter she was for the Boosters, after having already spent all day taking care of the Athletic Department's needs. I am so sorry for your great loss. May God comfort you and give you the courage to carry on the many projects that were so dear to her.

Dear Cory, Jim, and Lindsey, My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Your family is a part of so many of my baseball/best memories. Bobbi seemed like a mother to our whole Thunder team, and I can hardly remember a time when she was not at a game supporting us all. I hope that God can give everyone comfort in this tough time, and I know that she is in good hands with Him.

March 15, 2014

Jim:
My life was richer for knowing your wife. Her kind spirit was such a blessing to me during my jogs through your neighborhood. Your example of faith in Christ during your wife's
struggle encouraged my own faith in the Lord. My heart goes out to you and your children at this very hard time. I am praying for you, brother Jim. -Marc Craig

To the Hindel and Loch families,
Our deepest sympathies go out to you all. Bobbi was one very special lady and will be missed by all who knew her. She was so supportive to us through David's illness. She called David's room at Cleveland Clinic right after his brain surgery. She also fought to have David's name put in record books with Cory's records. You all are in out prayers

To the Hindels and Lochs, Our families go back a very long time. Many of those memories came flooding back to me in the past few days and even in Bobbi's passing, I was able to smile. I remember her sitting on a blanket keeping score with this new guy to Tallmadge Baseball, Jim, by her side. I pray that all of you gain comfort from the thousands of lives Bobbi has touched. Dear Mr. Hindel & Family, MUST READ ALL...
My name is Marc James Cook and I pray you get this message or someone relays it to you...I do not read the obituaries because that section saddens me terribly and I do not deal with death of people...but today I accidently glanced at one ...and it happen to be Bobbi's...it must be divine intervention...because she is the person who got me into Challenger...then I went on and founded and start the Cuyahoga Falls league and chapter...I cannot thank or think of anyone I should respect more than her...even though we lost touch...and many years have past...I never forgotten what she was and did...and whatever I did in Cuyahoga Falls...all those children and families in that Falls chapter...that benefitted from the positive and productive relationships, memories, and self building...was due to her...and I am here to say THANK YOU BOBBI...you have my deep appreciation and I am so glad you came into my life as well as many, many, many others...I pray you are in Heaven right now enjoying your true rewards...and I will pray for you and your family...as my gift of gratitude to YOU! Gone from earth...but will never be forgotten!
God's Love,

I don't even know where to begin. Bobbie was such a wonderful person. I was lucky enough to have married her uncle in 1973 and she came as part of the package, although she wasn't really MY niece, I totally claimed her as my own. We have gone through so many family highs and lows over our years and we were always there to support each other. I've never met anyone as loving and kind as Bobbie. Smart, too, such a thinker. My heart goes out to Jan, Gene, Jim, Lindsey, Cory and the many who were lucky enough to be a part of Bobbi's life.

There will be many reminders every day in the athletic office of this wonderful lady. She impacted so many of our lives in such a positive way. She will always be an inspiration to my life - she refused to give up.
