Mary was my boss for a time at US Bank in 1994–1995. She was very supportive for which I will always be grateful.

I met Mary through the Great Readers' bookclub, founded by our mutual friend Ann Carter. Mary was well liked by all of us in the group. She made me feel welcome when I joined the group. She was very kind, intelligent and had a sense of fun and curiosity about her.
I am so blessed to have had known Mary. She made the world a better place.

From one Mary to another, I knew Mary Gambee almost all of my life because our parents were good friends. Her dad and my mother dated in high school and we met in high school even though she went to St. Mary's and I went to Lincoln. We reconnected a few years later through the Junior League and have seen each other off and on through the years. I was so impressed by Mary's education and career path while making a wonderful home for her husband and daughter. My heartfelt condolences go out to her family at this sad time. I hope that a lifetime of wonderful memories will help to sustain you in the coming days.
