Passed away peacefully at her home in Braeside with her family by her side on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. Beloved wife of Mike van't Slot. Loving mother of James (Crystal), Dan, Matt (Brittany Campbell) and Megan (Brady Rampton). Cherished grandmother of Rose and Owen. Dear sister of Janice (Barry) Rivington and Joanne Young (Mark Hogan). Adored daughter of Jay and Audrey (Kentfield) Young. A Memorial Service will be conducted in the Grace St. Andrew's United Church, 257 John Street N., Arnprior Monday, April 11, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Family and friends are invited to the Madawaska Masonic Hall, 31 James Street, Arnprior for a Celebration of Life following the service. For those wishing, in memoriam donations may be made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and would be appreciated by her family.
