MICHAEL POWER Obituary
Passed away peacefully on Victoria Day afternoon in hospital after his 90th birthday. Loved father of David (Anne) and Glen, cherished Papa Mike to Mark and Sarah, Dad, we will hold your memory tight and you will be missed tremendously. Thank you for all that you did that made us who we are today. Obsessed golfer and long time member of the Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club, former Owner and President of O'Learys and Curb construction. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses and care staff of Windsor Park Manor and the Ottawa Hospital. A celebration of his life will be held at the Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club on Friday, May 23rd from 12 noon until 3:00 p.m. with words of remembrance at 1:30 p.m. Private inurnment to take place at Pinecrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ride for Dad would be appreciated. Condolences, donations or tributes may be made at

So sorry to hear of your father' s passing. I enjoyed our frequent chats when he lived at the comdo. He was a good man who spoke of his sons, daughter in law, and grandchildren with great pride. My deepest sympathies.
