I was very sad to hear of Frank's passing. My only regret is that I wanted to see Frank before it was too late and that didn't happen, which is my fault. I will remember our childhood days on Paris Ave. My condolences goes out to Jean, Tiffany, Debi and the rest of the family.

Our deepest sympathy and prayers to Frank's family and friends. We will miss his presence especially on opening day in the Dawg Pound. We had many good times at the Browns games and tailgating before them with Frank and his good friend Mark. Section 122 in the Dawg Pound just won't be the same. Love and BIG hugs, Brenda and Pete from Ohio.

I was only in Frank's life for a short time. I was moved by the kindness in his voice and the way he treated everyone that he came in contact with him. I won't forget how is family loved him and how he his eyes would light up when they were in the room. You were one of the good ones Frank, may you Rest In Peace.

My deepest sympathy to the Hobbs family. Frank always seemed to have a smile on his face when I saw him at the class reunions. I will be unable to attend the memorial service due to a prior commitment. I wish I could be there. R.I.P. Frank.
