To Carrie and family of Mother Delaney, we we saddened to hear of her passing. SHE was a genuine friend to my mother and our family. She was always loving and kind toward us and will forever be remembered.

Praise The Lord to the entire Horton Family
I have known Sister Delaney almost as long as I can remember. Sister Delaney, like many others can say, used to do my hair also. As a young saint at Zion Temple, Sister Delaney told me precious and personal advice. Really, Sister Delaney encouraged me many times. "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints ". I LOVE SISTER DELANEY.

Mother Delaney was my hairdresser when I was a little girl. My mom didn't want anyone else doing my hair cause, everyone else want to do perms, at Madimoselles shop, not Mother, press and curl that's it. Horton and Phillips family you are all in my prayers.
