Richard Winston Rice age 38, a lifelong Gary resident departed this life Friday April 16, 2021. Richard was a graduate of Lew Wallace High School class of 2000. He was a member of New Tabernacle M.B. Church and an employee of Lear Corporation. He is preceded in death his Father Richard Edwin Rice and Maternal grandparents Marthield D. Gunn and Everett L. Gunn Sr. He is survived by his wife Nicole L. Rice; 3 daughters Yossi Clayton, Nandi Richardson and Domanique D. Hargrove; Mother Doreen Hall; sister Carla N. (Donnie) Maxwell and a host other relatives and many friends. Visitation Friday April 30, 2021 from 9-11:00 a.m. Funeral service immediately following at 11:00 a.m. all services at New Tabernacle M.B. Church 2416 Pierce Street. Pastor Chet J. Johnson officiating. Interment Evergreen Memorial Park.
