To the family of Ruth: All of you have my sincere condolences in the loss of your loved one. I worked with Ruth at NIPSCO for 30 years and remember her as being very professional and quiet. I am truly sorry to hear of her passing but glad she's resting in the arms of our Savior. Rest in Paradise Ruth.
