I'm Sharon's brother. Her death was hard to take because she had been through so many procedures that were life threatening and to loose her when she seemed to be doing well and recovering from this surgery was a shock. She was a good and loving sister who taught my daughter the importance of family. We had finally spent some time together before mom died getting mom and dad's basement cleaned up. But I wish we could have spent more time getting to know each other better. She and Sheila "held court" whenever we had family gatherings at Old Country Buffet and we always had a great time, it will never be the same. She was one of a kind and I really miss her. I love you sis.

I'm Sharon's daughter-in-law. She was the best mother-in-law you could have ever asked for. Also the best Grandmother to my daughter. She will be greatly missed. I will always remembe the times sitting around the kitchen table talking for hours and playing games and dont leave out her cooking we would sit and eat while talking. We miss you mom and we will be with you in heaven when our journey here is done.

Dearest Sharon,
I'm sure that I speak for all the girls, (in your "younger" Bunco club), that you will always be remembered as we all gather in the days coming. It will be different from here on out. How ironic that I spent several teenage years living in Hueytown AL! I know Cassie from Hueytown High! My heart goes out to your children, as you know, I lost my mother about 6 years ago; I feel their pain. God, please take her under your wing, for she will be sadly missed by all of us.

I am very saddened by Sharon's death. Even though Paul & I divorced many years ago she continued to hold a special place in my heart. She will be greatly missed by many especially Staci, Laura & Logan. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers and I wish I could be there to say goodbye to a very special woman.

It was with great saddness that I read of the death of Sharon. My memories of your family are of much happier times. I'm thinking of when you were at my lake house with Nicholas and Sharon when all the fellas from the mill were up for a weekend party. Time has a habit of slipping away. Your son must be a grown man now. Find some comfort in knowing that the people who shared parts of your life also share some of your loss.

I'm Sharon's oldest grandchild, and gave her her first great-grandchild. I remember spending a lot of time with Grandma when I was a kid. Love you Grandma! See you when I get there!
