Age 65, of Penn Hills, passed away December 18, 2018. Son of the late Robert P. Cassidy, Sr. and the late Helen J. Hartman Cassidy. Dennis is survived by his wife, Mary Brown Cassidy; two sons, Dennis M. Cassidy, Jr. and Sean (Susan) Cassidy; one daughter, Elizabeth (Paul Spaun) Cassidy; two brothers, Robert P. (Stephanie) Cassidy, Jr. and Joseph Cassidy; one sister, Kathy (Frank) DiLeo; a brother-in-law, Bob Peacock; and nine grandchildren. Dennis was preceded in death by one brother, Wayne Cassidy; and one sister, Margaret Kratt. Friends and family will be received Friday, December 21, 2018 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the FINDLAY C. WYLIE FUNERAL HOME, INC. A blessing service will be held at the funeral home Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Interment private.
