SKOPINSKI DIANE LYNN
58, of Brighton Twp., since 1987, formerly of Edgewood, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013 in her home. She was born July 4, 1954 in Homestead and was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Jane Pido Ellis. Diane was a Medical Technologist at Heritage Valley Sewickley, a 1972 graduate of Plum High School, 1976 graduate of University of Pittsburgh, a member of SS. Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church of Beaver where she had been a Eucharist Minister and a former Master Gardener. She is survived by her husband, Edward T. Skopinski; a son, Steven (Jenna) Skopinski, Monaca; a daughter, Kathryn Skopinsk-Industry; two grandchildren, Riley Lynn Skopinski and James Skopinski; three brothers, Kenneth, David and Daniel Ellis. Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the TODD FUNERAL HOME, 340 Third Street, Beaver and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:30 a.m. in SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church by Father Robert Miller. The family suggests contributions may be made to the Beaver Area Memorial Library, College Ave., Beaver, PA 15009.
