On Friday, October 9, 2015, of Baldwin Boro. Beloved husband of Clara (Ferris) Schwenning; father of Donald J. (Tina) Schwenning, JoAnn (William) Reed and Jackie (Curt) Eisaman; grandfather of Billy, Michael, Rachael and Brooke; brother of Susan Waldo, Richard and William Weber; cousin of Janet Frisch. Friends received Monday 2-8 p.m. at the READSHAW FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1503 Brownsville Road, Carrick where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, time later. Don was a volunteer firefighter for Baldwin Boro and a member of Nix Vogel American Legion Post #935. Send condolences to:

Dear Aunt Clara Mae and family,
Couldn't believe when I heard the news about Uncle Donny and my heart breaks for you all. My fondest memory (they were all wonderful memories) was when I spilt my brand new bottle of bubbles on your freshly cleaned floor, thinking I was in really BIG trouble I cried and cried. Uncle Donny just came home and you sent him to the store (at the corner) to get me another. Lisa and I were amazed watching him running like a sprinter while dodging and high jumping bushes that were in his way. You both always made me feel loved and for that I will always love you both. Again my deepest sympathy he will be missed. Love with all my Heart your niece Sherry Rowlands
