FRANCES GODDY Obituary
On Tuesday, July 6, 2010; Cherished and loving mother of Joanne and Anthony Pampena, Robert and Sara Goddy, Ilene Goddy, Patty and the late Thomas Smith and the late Margaret Fritz. Sister of the late Ida Berkowitz, Samuel Goodman, Edith Rosenthal, Augusta Kates and Fay's twin, the late Matthew (Moy) Goodman, the late Anna Stein and Edward Goodman. Devoted and fun loving grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Fay had a deep love and great devotion for her family. She loved to dance and play the piano and was loved by all who knew her. She will be sadly missed. Services at RALPH SCHUGAR CHAPEL, INC., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside, on Thursday at 1PM. Visitation 1 hour prior to services (12 Noon - 1PM). Interment Torath Chaim Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice, 4980 Tamiami Trail N., Suite 102, Naples, FL 34103.

Dear Ilene and family,
We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. We were so lucky to know your special "buddy". We will never forget her dancing at parties, our Amtrak trip, and just her cute laugh. She would never forget to ask how "we" were. Fay, and all of you are in our prayers. All our love.....

You will be deply missed by anyone who had the honor and pleasure of knowing you. My memories of you are at family get togethers when you would take over the piano and start to play and sing. You always made everyone laugh and have a wonderfull time when around you. You were the life of the party! I will always remember how you made mashed potatoes taste the best I had ever had by adding cinnamin instead of pepper...
