PHILLIP HOLMES "SKI"
Phillip Holmes "Ski" Psensky, 66, of Black Forest, CO passed away February 9, 2003 following a short illness. He was born April 12, 1936 in Pittsburgh, PA to Lenora (Meyers) and Peter Psensky who both preceded him in death. Married May 11, 1963, Phillip is loved and survived by his wife, Mary (Brunetti); his son John Psensky of Black Forest, CO; his daughter Sharon Rached of New York City; his brother Lowell Psensky of PA; six nieces, four nephews; 15 great nieces and nephews and a great great niece and nephew; his brother Peter Psensky preceded him in death. Phillip served in the US Army for 20 years and was awarded multiple service medals including the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry. He was a volunteer fire fighter and an EMT with the Black Forest Fire Dept. for six years and was recently employed by Alterra Wynwood. Phillip was a special friend to many. Graveside services with full military honors will be at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 12th at the Monument Cemetery. There will be a gathering for family and friends to celebrate Phillips life at the Barn in Monument, CO on Saturday, Feb. 15th at 5:30 pm.
