THOMAS JOSEPH, Jr.
On Wednesday, February 18, 2004, age 89, of Mt. Washington, beloved husband of Janet (Dowd) Duffy and the late Catherine (Meehan) Duffy; devoted father of Mary Jane (Bill) Collins, Patrick (Rosemary Barsh), Kathleen Wertz, Thomas (Paula), and Mary Ellen (Joe) Horowitz; proud pap pap of 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; brother of Robert G. Duffy and the late Mary Louise, Catherine, Regis, Dorothy, Mickey, Dolores and John; also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren. Thomas was a member of the Knights of Equity and a 44 year employee of Kaufmann's Department Store. Friends welcome Friday, 2-4 and 6-9pm at the WM. SLATER & SONS, INC. Virginia Ave. and Kearsarge St., Mt. Washington. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, 11am in St. Justin Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Justin Church, 539 Boggs Ave., Pgh, PA 15211.
