Vic was such a great neighbor. We lived in the house on the hill above his and our kids called him pap pap. He was so kind and generous and we will forever fondly remember him (and Ruth)as the sweetest neighbors for which our family could have ever asked. May the Lord welcome you home, Vic, and greet you with the same love and affection you showed others.
Our heartfelt sympathies go out to Ruth, Michelle, and the rest of your family as they will surely miss you dearly.

Vic was a close friend of my stepdad, John Shriver (who passed away in May of 2013). Vic did stone work for him and even cut his grass for him while he and my mom, Evelyn Shriver, were away. Vic was a gentle, quiet man who will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He was always so nice to us each time my wife and I met him on our infrequent trips to Pennsylvania.
Prayers and love from Tennessee to Ruth and all of Vic's family.

He did beautiful brick work! I fondly remember dancing the Lindy and Tango with him during his daughter's dance classes.

We were so sorry to hear about the loss of Victor. Michelle, your grandparents were so lucky to have you! They are such a good memory for me, I absolutely loved going over their house with you when I was growing up in Gladden. Always so loving and welcoming! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I remember Vic most at family get-togethers sitting around the dining room table after dinner playing penny ante poker. He loved playing cards and we all loved him. He will be missed. My prayers and deepest sympathies go out to his family.
