My condolences to Frank's family. Frank was the first person i met when i started working at Bacharach and we became instant friends. We also served together on the executive board of IUE local 630.I was fortunate to have his friendship for over 45 years and to be on his phone chain. I will miss our little talks on the phone. Frank will be missed by all who knew him.
