Right now I'm in a different place,
And though we seem apart,
I'm closer than I ever was ...
I'm there inside your heart.
I'm with you when you greet each day
And while the sun shines bright,
I'm there to share the sunsets, too ...
I'm with you every night.
I'm with you when the times are good,
To share a laugh or two,
And if a tear should start to fall ...
I'll still be there for you.
And when that day arrives
That we no longer are apart,
I'll smile and hold you close to me ... Forever in my heart.

My deepest sympathies to the Lewis/Lebowitz family. I knew Eddie, his parents, and sisters from my childhood days, growing up in Ellwood City. Assumedly, my late father, Saul Kwall, had introduced Eddie's parents to each other. I join many others in extending my sincere condolences.

Anne, Ben, Andy, and family,
I cannot express to you my sadness at the loss of Eddie. He was a kind man who always had a smile on his face and was ready to help where he could no matter what the problem. I know what you have been through and what he endured over the past several years. I pray for Eddie that he can now rest from the pain and, for all of you, that you find comfort in the memories of your lives with this wonderful man and peace in knowing that the love he had for you was insurmountable. His family carried him through everything in his life, and he spoke so proudly of Ben and Andy and all of their accomplishments. May God bless you all.

I served with Eddie in the Coast Guard, and will never forget the quiet dedication he showed in serving his country. My sympathy to the family as Ed has "crossed the bar"
